An entrepreneur and restaurateur, Wong was recognized by culinary publications such as Food & Wine Magazine for her trendy China One culinary success. Like her charismatic model personality, Wong’s culinary dynasty evoked the glitz and glamour of the A-listers who were entertained at her West Hollywood establishment’s haute cuisine and exotic drinks. A natural at hosting and entertaining, Wong made her way into the luxury hotels of the world. As Director of Entertainment Relations and Special Events for One & Only Palmilla, Travel + Leisure 2010 ‘World’s Best Hotels’ – Top Resorts in Mexico and Central and South America, she excelled at managing celebrity talent travel and all entertainment related weddings and events, as well as collaborating on property launches for One & Only Resorts and Kerzner International.
An executive at all levels, Norris is the exemplary hotelier having managed multiple areas of hotel operations, from check-in to check-out and everywhere in between. Norris’ hotel sales and customer service efforts have been proven and recognized throughout her career. While at Omni Hotels, as Senior Sales Manager, she was awarded the Hotel Sales Executive of the Year. Proceeding to Ritz-Carlton Hotels & Resorts as National Sales Manager, Norris was putting on the Ritz for corporate and incentive group programs providing legendary service with flawless attention to detail ensuring that her clients receive productive and economical results. Norris served a five star clientele as Director of Group Sales for One & Only Palmilla, Los Cabos, Mexico, Conde Nast Traveler 2010 ‘Gold List’ – Top Resorts in the Americas.
After working together for several years and realizing their mutual passion for the hospitality and travel industry, Donna and Courtney joined forces to create allureplus.
