What is the process for Hotel Site Selection?
Once allureplus learns your travel requirements, we act as your representative to provide you with a stress free experience. We will research locations and availability, obtain proposals and present you with options. We will procure the best negotiated rates, concessions and contractual clauses for your program, providing you with the highest level of client satisfaction.

What is the benefit of hiring allureplus?
Our primary role at allureplus is to make your travel plans a success! We leverage our extensive experience, industry knowledge and exclusive relationships with travel professionals, to provide exceptional corporate and leisure travel services.
As an independent firm, allureplus is not bound to any specific hotels or resorts; we will seek and suggest properties that are client specific.

How is allureplus paid?
Group Hotel Site Selection Services provided by allureplus come at no cost to our clients; we are compensated by the hotel in the form of a commission. Hotels know they are competing for business; therefore, they provide the best rates and overall packages without regard to commissions to group travel companies.
Fees may apply to luxury leisure travel and additional services provided by allureplus.
Does it cost more to use allureplus than to book groups directly with the hotel?
No, on the contrary, allureplus can usually secure better rates because of the volume of business we generate with hotels worldwide, in addition to our experience and relationships.
Can I use allureplus services and still search for hotels myself?
It is in your best interest to allow allureplus to research and make the initial contact with properties under consideration. A false sense of demand may be created if multiple people inquire about the same dates, possibly resulting in higher rates. Please advise us of any properties that have been contacted prior to our getting involved to eliminate any confusion. Once the initial contact has been made, you are welcome to contact properties as you wish.
Can I contact allureplus anytime I have a group meeting or trip to schedule?
Absolutely! As your global travel provider, allureplus can assist with programs or vacations for next week, next month or next year, held locally, across the country or internationally.
